Spaces, paths and environments are designed to contribute to a better quality of working life of employees, whose well-being is pursued in every aspect of the design: from the use of natural light to the presence of greenery, up to acoustic comfort and the definition of internal microclimates STRUCTURE 3700 SQM hinge between pre-existing constructions Intended to accommodate the production and executive environments - offices, creative ateliers, fitting- rooms and part of the production - the new building, which occupies an area of 3,700 square meters, acts as a hinge between the existing buildings to which it is connected by transparent passages . The Zamasport project reflects the concept of 'Slow Architecture', which has become a true manifesto for the architect Frigerio, where Slow does not mean doing things slowly, but rather with "accuracy". LIGHT man / nature relationship Natural lighting is privileged in every environment and greenery becomes an integral part of the project, in a relationship of visual continuity between garden and architecture that favors the relationship between man and nature. For the lighting, LED luminaires with high efficiency and colour rendering were chosen. The offices are equipped with an internal lighting level sensor, which allows you to make the most of natural light without wasting energy, while the tunable white lighting of the rehearsal rooms adjusts the colour of the light according to the colour of the clothes, emphasizing its perception DRAPING apparent softness The architecture is prefabricated in reinforced concrete and enhances natural light through large openings - such as the glass facade and the microshed roof in the fabric warehouse. The volume of the building is closed on three sides, made with prefabricated concrete panels with self-cleaning coloured photocatalytic cement paste. The surface is made with a formwork that reproduces the vertical drapery of a fabric, giving the hardness of the concrete a touch of apparent softness. Glass Feeling of lightness On the contrary, the main facade is completely glazed: here a sunshade with curved vertical strips, which almost appear in motion, contributes to the feeling of lightness given by the transparencies, evoking strips of fabric that hang from above.
